Deliveries: Prices cited below do not include delivery. Delivery charges are based on the amount of material and delivery location. Delivery hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. On Saturday and Sunday, deliveries are by appointment only. Additional charge for after-hour deliveries. (See our delivery area below.)

Equipment: Our equipment is inspected by the Delaware County Bureau of Weights and Measures. See photos of our trucks and loader buckets (includes technical specifications) used for pickups and deliveries.

Best Mulch and Wood Chips

Use our Mulch Calculator to estimate how many cubic yards of mulch are needed for a square/rectangular area or a round/circular area.

• Triple Shredded Root: Triple shredded to last longer and provide a finer look. Also called organic, hardwood, natural, and aged hardwood. $25 per cubic yard.

• Triple Shredded Hardwood Bark: Inhibits weeds better than other mulches and holds moisture better than lower grades. Finely textured mulch used in high exposure areas. $31 per cubic yard.

• Triple Shredded Dyed Black Mulch: Maintains its color throughout the year and has a slower rate of decomposition. $31 per cubic yard.

• Double Shredded Dyed Mulch: Choose Black, Red, or Brown. Maintains its color throughout the year and has a slower rate of decomposition. $30 per cubic yard.

• Certified Playground Mulch: ASTM tested and approved playground mulch. $30 per cubic yard.

• Wood Chips: Visit our location in Concordville, PA to see our wood chips. $7 per cubic yard.

Topsoil, Mushroom Soil, Fill Dirt, and Compost

We have the area's best topsoil - well-developed, Pennsylvania farm soil from the surrounding area.

• 1/2" Screened Topsoil: Our premium topsoil. Pure topsoil filtered through a screen. Finely shredded. No material larger than 1/2". Recommended for jobs requiring 2" or less of material. $31 per cubic yard.

• Unscreened Topsoil: Pure topsoil that has not been screened. Unscreened Topsoil may contain stones, roots, clumps, etc. Recommended for jobs requiring more than 3" of depth material. $17 per cubic yard.

• Screened Mushroom Soil: Filtered through our 1/2" screener and aged at least one year. $25 per cubic yard.

• Unscreened Mushroom Soil: $20 per cubic yard.

• Fill Dirt: Subsoil that may contain rocks, roots, and/or clay. No trash! $11 per cubic yard.

• Screened Fill Dirt: No material larger than 1". $11 per cubic yard.

• Gardener's Compost: Completely organic, fully decomposed soil conditioner with a concentrated supply of humus and plant nutrients. $30 per cubic yard.

Rocks, Sand, and Stone

Use our Mulch Calculator to estimate how many tons of sand, stone, or dry screenings (rock or stone dust) are needed for a square/rectangular area or a round/circular area.

• River Jacks: Multicolored round stones. 1" to 3" and 3" to 5" in size. $50 per ton.

• River Rocks: White and tan round stones. 3/4" and 2" to 4" in size. $42 per ton.

• Bar Sand: Fine masonry sand. Used for pool liners and masonry work. Approx. 1.2 tons per yard. $25 per ton.

• Concrete Sand: Coarse yellow sand w/tiny pebbles. Used with pavers. Approx. 1.2 tons per yard. $25 per ton.

• Dry Screenings: Powder rock or stone dust. $25 per ton.

• Rustic Red Stone: Crushed reddish brown stones. 3/8" and 3/4". $42 per ton.

• 2A Modified Stone: 3/4 inch stones with compactable screenings. $25 per ton.

• Clean Stone: Grayish blue crushed stones. 1/2" and 3/4" (pictured below) in size. $25 per ton.
